How JUSTPING started

Digbijay Paul started his career in 2006 as a field engineer. From 2008 he spent years as the sole IT systems and networking engineer for a company — responsible for its servers, network, backup and users, with nobody else to escalate to. That is where the habit of building things properly, documenting them and making sure they can be recovered comes from.

He started JUSTPING INFOTECH in 2018, alongside that job, to help other businesses with the same problems. In 2023 he moved to JUSTPING full-time.

Today JUSTPING is a two-person engineering team. Shyam, co-founder and systems engineer, has been in the field since 2010 and has worked full-time at JUSTPING for the last three years.

Rooted in Surat

We're based in Surat and work on-site with businesses across the city and the surrounding Gujarat region. We understand the textile, trading, diamond and manufacturing businesses here, and the accounting and ERP software they depend on.

Remote support lets us look after clients further away too, including businesses in Botswana, Dubai (UAE), Antwerp (Belgium).
